Ben Pakulski is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. He stands 5’10″ tall and competes at around 250 pounds. Ben has been known to get to as high as 300 pounds during the off season. Similarly to many other professional bodybuilders, Ben is a very meticulous bodybuilder as well as an intelligent one. As stated in the trailer for his DVD “All about the Benjamin’s” he discusses his interests in quantum physics and meditation.

Ben is most notable for his large legs and calves. Also seen in his DVD, Ben is able to squat a very good deal of weight. His physique on the bodybuilding stage has been compared to similar structures such as IFBB pro Dennis Wolf. He is also the pioneer of the usage of Vibrant Five finger foot gloves in bodybuilding, shoes that provide freedom of using your toes while offering the protection that a normal shoe would.
