Here we see Dennis being interviewed coming into this olympia and some posing too! He looks to have improved a lot. Dennis recently has not done so well in relation to how he has placed in the 2007 and 2008 Olympia. Once being a top five bodybuilder in the world, Dennis didn’t even place in the 2009 Olympia and came in third in the 2010 New York Pro. Dennis has dropped the guru’s and done his own prep this year, with noticeable improvements.

On August 25, we were given the chance to see a pivotal moment in Bodybuilding. Due to the “unacceptable” usage of steroids in the sport, bodybuilding has not been aired on TV for quite some time. Here we got to see 5 bodybuilders: Dennis Wolf, Hidetada Yamagishi, Kai Greene, Dexter Jackson, and Phil Heath represent the sport of bodybuilding by giving some insightful information about the sport. The show hosts asked questions about what it takes to achieve optimal conditioning and what one must do to obtain six pack abs.

Ronnie Coleman in Singapore – Big and Ripped
8-time Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman was in Singapore last week where many pictures and videos were taken of him. Ronnie stated in an interview that he planned on doing the 2010 Mr. Olympia competition but other recent sources have countered that statement saying that he had no intention on doing the 2010 Olympia competition. We start to wonder, however, when we see Ronnie appearing in extremely great shape while guest posing on stage and at a seminar.

Kai Greene – 5 weeks out and 294 lbs!
Kai Greene is one of bodybuilding’s rising stars. Coming off of two Arnold Classic victories and a 4th place finish in his Olympia debut, Kai is ever growing and has a lot of momentum to challenge those in the top 5 for the Olympia title. If you still don’t know who Kai Greene is, you may have seen him on almost every Muscle Meds ad available, including the promotion of products such as Carnivore beef protein. Jay Cutler trains back 10 weeks out from the 2010 Olympia
Jay Cutler is the reigning Mr. Olympia champion and has achieved this title 3 times. In this video we will see his latest workout 10 weeks out from the 2010 Mr. Olympia competition. Many say in his 2010 appearance he brought the best conditioning and complete package that he has ever brought. Will he be able to bring the same this year or possibly even better? In the video Jay states that he is weighing in at around 290 pounds. In a recent article in Muscular Development magazine, Jay also stated that he uses a period of time to “bulk up and lean out”. This is at most often times impossible to do for your average bodybuilder, but Jay said this is what suits him best and how he has always been doing it.

Dennis Wolf one day after 2010 New York Pro
In case you haven’t heard, the NY professional IFBB bodybuilding competition just took place recently. We saw a great lineup of very conditioned athletes and were surprised that Roelly Winklaar stole the show. One person however did not live up to the hype that was placed around him and ended up coming in a respectable 3rd place. This person was Dennis Wolf.
