Mr. Olympia 2011 Competition Results – Phil Heath Wins the Mr. Olympia!
The Mr. Olympia competition this year was the year that Phil Heat, “the gift”, finally broke through and beat Jay Cutler, who came in second. Jay Cutler trimmed down to 258 pounds, but seemed to lack the size that most notably put him in first place against Phil Heath every year, along with a strange bruising on his left bicep.

2011 Grand Prix and 2011 Australian Pro Results
Two recent IFBB pro bodybuilding competitions just took place. The winners of each competition, not surprisingly, were the first and second place winners of the Arnold Classic: Branch Warren and Dennis Wolf.

Arnold Classic 2011 Results
The 2011 Arnold Classic took place this year March 3-6 in Columbus, Ohio. This competition is not only the second biggest bodybuilding competition in the world, but also appears to be the biggest fitness and sports festival around as well. Not only is it known for the bodybuilding aspect of it, but there are also various strongmen, wrestling, and other sports events as well.

Flex Pro 2011 Results
The 2011 Flex Pro was the first Flex Pro to be held in Los Angeles, California. The winner, Evan Centopani, is competing in only his second professional show. His first professional show was the 2009 New York Pro, which he also was the victor of. Surprisingly, in only his second show, he was able to place ahead of previous Mr. Olympia winner Dexter Jackson.

2010 Mr. Olympia Results
This year’s Mr. Olympia competition came with a bunch of surprises. As people have stated, your ‘top 6 predictions’ mean nothing until the night of the competition. We were shocked to see a hyped up Kai Greene placing way back in 7th, and also we have seen Dennis Wolf return to his 2007-2008 shape, and possibly even better.

2010 Dallas Europa Results
The 2010 Dallas Europa featured many bodybuilders – those classified as “mass monsters” and those that have great aesthetics as their main features. Team Gaspari’s Mark Alvisi landed in second place, meaning now that 3 athletes from Gaspari nutrition are qualified to participate in the Mr. Olympia competition. This show was the debut show for many athletes, such as Mark Alvisi, Cedric McMillan, and even the winner of the show – Essa Obaid.

2010 NPC USA Competition Results
In the 2010 NPC USA 4 Professional Bodybuilder cards were given out to selected winners. Jason Huh, a Korean bodybuilder worked very hard to take the title and crushing the rest of the competition in the process. Jason Came in extremely big: 20 pounds heavier than his last competition, tipping the scale at 250 plus pounds. Jason Huh trains at a local YMCA gym where his father, also a former bodybuilding champion, has been a personal trainer for many years.

2010 Teen Nationals Results
We saw one of the most upsetting outcomes as far as judging is concerned in the 2010 Teen Nationals. Nick Medici and Cody Lewis both won their own weight classes, but the overall title was granted to a less conditioned, less built Nick Medici. Nick Medici is no doubt a hard working and extremely well developed 19 year old bodybuilder, but many will question as to how the judges could possibly favor him winning against Cody Lewis, and even Ken Jones for that matter.

Ed Nunn – Winner of the 2010 Europa Battle of ChampionsE
Ed Nunn pulled out a victory at the 2010 Europa Battle of Champions in Connecticut. Presenting an excellent package that displays his width and ultra small waist, Ed was untouchable by anybody else. Coming in second place was Troy Alves, followed by Ben White in third. Just recently Ben white placed first above Troy Alves.
