Phil Heath, nicknamed “the Gift”, is an ever growing and rising bodybuilder. He just recently (two days ago from this post) placed second at the 2010 Mr. Olympia competition almost defeating the reigning champion Jay Cutler. The gift receives his nickname due to his impressive genetics including his structure. Phil has huge arms, delts, great legs, and overall a very well balanced bodybuilder.
